About the Bakery

Welcome to Naked Lemon Bakery, nestled in the heart of historic downtown Astoria, Oregon!

At Naked Lemon Bakery, we believe in the magic of fresh, high-quality ingredients and the joy of creating delicious, memorable experiences. Our passion for baking shines through in every treat we make, from our signature French macarons to our cakes and savory scones.

The bakery grew from humble beginnings. In 2016 Aleesha Serrita Nedd started the Naked Lemon as a pop-up bakery at select community events in the Astoria area. From there, the business moved to its own brick and mortar location on Commercial Street in 2017. The bakery grew even larger and obtained its own commercial kitchen and coffee bar with multiple display cases to show the beautiful hand made pastry creations such as french macarons, cupcakes, cakes, cookies and more.
